He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Squib" and Loucenda Alice Flick (Payne); his son Joseph Don Flick; and his siblings, Betty Fern Jones (Flick), Alice Flick, Harold Carter, Don Flick and Wayne Flick.
He is survived by: his son Allen Flick (Rachel) of Paoli; his grandsons, Teddy Ray and Cody Lee Smith; and his siblings, Lottie Cordell of Pauls Valley and Ray Flick of Ratliff City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
