She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackie Ray and Sarah Annie Pettrey (Blankenship); her husband Tommy Ray Canup; her siblings, Barbara Billow, Sherry Lynn Pettrey and Larry Blankenship; and her father-in-law Billy.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Patricia "Patty" Canup; and her siblings, Deborah Land of Virginia and Glen Blankenship of West Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
