We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2021, at the age of 85, Palmer Reed Cops of Davis, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Francis "Buck" and Retta Cops (Hicks); and his siblings, George, Keese, Dean, Hubert and Frances.

He is survived by: his brother Clifford Eugene Cops Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
