She is survived by: her sons, Lonnie Summers (Rhonda) of Davis, Steven Summers (Dawn) of Davis and Richard Summers (Stephanie) of Depew, OK; her grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Dale, Chase and Johnny; and her siblings, Laverne Digby, Bert Curtis, Jr. (Michelle) and David Curtis (Patricia). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
