She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Hefley and Mamie Hefley (Howard); her husband Everett William "Bollie" Pletcher; her sons, Randy Ruggs and Rickey Ruggs; her granddaughter Becky Shippey; and her siblings, Donna Dimple Buffington, Mary Norwood, Dorothy Timmons, Howard of Robert, R. L. and Joe Bill Hefley.
She is survived by: her son David Ruggs (Jackie) of Davis; her grandchildren, Frank Ruggs, Clint Ruggs, Wendy Stewart, Kevin Ruggs, Matt Ruggs, Rachel Shippey, Amy Keith, Holly Shippey, Lindsay Ruggs, Mitch Ruggs, Iva Penner, Jody Ruggs, Ricky Ruggs, Sandy Burnside and Susie Blevins; and her siblings, Carra Mae Malicoat, James Hefley, Jr., Jerry Don Hefley and Delma Wilson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
