He is survived by: his brother Tommy Staggs (Shirley) of Edmond; his sons, Kevin Staggs (Rhonda) of Davis and Billy Staggs (Angie) of Davis; his grandchildren, Tyner Kennedy (Maddy) of Tulsa, David Staggs (Taylor) of Baton Rouge, Rylie Farmer (Justin) of Davis, Jordan Staggs of Edmond and Abbie Staggs of Norman; and his great grandchildren, Reece and Jaxon Farmer of Davis. He is also survived by Papa: he loved his grandkids.
