He is survived by: his sister Beverly Winkleblack (Richard) of Forsyth, IL; his son Rex Bowen of Norman, OK; his daughter-in-law Delma Bowen of Jones, OK; his grandchildren, Alicia Bowen of Jones, OK and Stephen Bowen (Kyla) of Purcell, OK; his great grandchildren, Madison, Tyson and Morgan; his former wife Alice Shepard; and his wife Karen Runner.
