She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Levi and Leah Lavern Fisher (Stewart); her daughter Leah Koch; her siblings, Thelma Fay Counts and James Fisher; and her great grandchild Raven LaMay Koch.
She is survived by: her sons, Lenard Koch (Corie) of Oklahoma City, Melvin Koch (Kerry) of Kansas, Mike Koch of Dougherty, Jason Koch (Minnie) of Dougherty and Bryon Koch (Rhonda) of Minnesota. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
