He was predeceased by: his parents, A. L. Mulkey and Edna Bumgarner Mulkey; his brother Charles Wayne Mulkey; his aunt Ruth Mulkey Hooker; his son-in-law Brock Riddle; and his granddaughter Lauren Kate Riddle.
He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Graves; his daughter Deborah; his friend Pat Morris Lassiter; his wife Pat; his children, Debi Mulkey Boettcher (John) of Ada, Layne Mulkey and Gayla Mulkey Riddle of Norman; his stepchildren, James Lassiter (Bell) of Sherman, TX and Sanja Sisk of San Antonio, TX; his sister-in-law Sarah Mulkey; and also, Sanja Sisk, James Lassiter and Stephen Lassiter. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vision Fund of The First Baptist Church of Davis of which Buddy was a devoted member.
