She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Sims and Thelma Sims (Gibson). She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Salter of Davis, Lisa Gibson (Leroy) of St. Peters, MO and Pamela Denekas (Jim) of Lawton, OK; her grandchildren, John Salter of McMinnville, OR, Brandon Salter of Davis, Aaron Ketchum of St. Peters, MO, Jay Denekas of Lawton, Kristin Pullen (Tanner) of Davis and KayLynn Ketchum of St. Peters, MO; her great grandchildren, Jayla Green, Blakely Pullen, Jaxtyn Robertson, Jentri Ketchum, Landon Salter, Kaydon Salter and Ayden Denekas; and her sisters, Jo Weddle of Salem, OR and Rose Copeland of Arkadelphia, AR. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
