She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Lewis and Myrtle Lilly Mae Lewis (Harding); her son David Berry; her siblings, Ronald Lewis, Elmo Lewis, Jerry Lee Lewis, George Lewis, Barb Wyse, Joyce Place and Cloe Wilson; and her granddaughter Stephanie Berry.
She is survived by: her close friend Jim Cummings; her children, Tammy Shepard, Deborah Berry, Sandra Berry, Amber Berry and Robert Berry (Vicky Berry); her grandchildren, Renee, Jeremy, Jennifer, Felicia, Haylie, Michael, Ricky, Alexis, Andelysia, Gabriel, Donovan, Heather, Jon and Jessica; and her siblings, Elizabeth Miller, Troy Lewis and James Lewis (Leota).
