He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shelby Webb and Mary Charles Hill Webb; and his granddaughter Stephanie Webb Wright. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Earl Webb (Carolyn Webb) of Bristow and Deborah Charlene Webb Allen (David Allen) of Bixby; his children, Larry Webb (Lynn Webb Catoosa), Gary Webb, Kelly Webb of Missouri and Angie Dingman Simon (Luke Simon Stroud); and his wife Joyce Raylene Young.
