She is survived by: her former husband Bobby Gene Lamb; her husband William "Bill" Spain; her son Jerry Lamb (Vikki); her granddaughter Ashley of Decatur, IN; her sisters, Betty Criess of Stroud, OK and Norma Bailey (Jimmy) of Paden, OK; and her brothers-in-law, Johnny Coleman of Davenport, OK, Palmer Miller (Gayla) of Sherman, TX, Johnny Miller (JoAn) of Davenport, OK, Melvin Miller of Thomas, OK and Bill Spain of Mannford, OK. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
