She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie D and Prudibelle Oliver (Scott); her brother Keith Oliver; and her husband Kenneth Waters. She is survived by: her son Dan Waters (Mary); her granddaughters, Misty (Richard Anderson), Sara (Jason Martin), Susan (Zach Highfill), Elizabeth (Eric Gough), Rebecca (Phillip Sutton) and Rachel "Annie" (Ricky Machado); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Babb, David, Andy, Crosby Martin, Kai, Maddox, Adira Highfill, Alex, Lucy Gough, Trevor, Trinity Sutton and Ricky "Trae" Machado III.
