She is survived by: her husband Joseph Koltick; her children, Dr. David S. Koltick (Helen) of Lafayette, IN, Dr. Jo Ann Koltyk (John T. Miller) of Janesville, WI and Janet Koltick B. S; her granddaughters, Colleen Koltick of Brooklyn, NY, Sharon Koltick Junk (Damion Junk) of Goodlettsville, TN and Laura Belanger (Shane Belanger) of North Charleston, SC; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Chandler, Ada and Julian.
