He was predeceased by: his parents, Hosea "Jack" Guy and Gladys Payne; and his sisters, Frankie Lee Biggs, Betty Jean Elliott and Kaye Walker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Payne (Norma), Lois Conner and Shirley Fowler of Kingsville, Texas.; his stepsons, Ron Koetter-Manson (Marci) of Norman, OK and Keith Koetter of Blanchard; his stepgrandchildren, Ian Koetter (Kim), Devon Koetter-Manson, Trey Koetter-Manson and Delena White of Blanchard; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian of Tulsa and Tessa Koetter of Norman.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Cyril Masonic Lodge #504.
