Hicks of Fletcher; his grandchildren, Dustin Waldorf and Kaylie Waldorf of Fletcher; his sons, Joshua Hicks of Fletcher and Steven Hicks (Lacey); his grandchildren, Abby, Makayla, Destinee and Harley Ray of Fletcher; his daughter Sadie Crowe of California; his brother Mike Hicks of Anadarko; and his children, Michael Squyres of Fletcher, Shire Squyres of Fletcher, Jessie James Squyres of Cache, Gary Bottoms of Cement, Kristie Summit of Cushing Oklahoma and Melissa Hastings.
