He is survived by: his wife Charlene 'Midge Jay; his sisters, Wanda Lopez (Duane) of Farmington, NM, Patty Jacquez (Gilbert) of Bloomfield, NM and Mary Williams (Eddie) of Cement, OK; his siblings-in-law, Mary Whitlock (Stanley) of Henryetta, OK and Dale Schmitz of Holdenville, OK; his children, Charlotte Zumwalt (Ronnie) of Marlow and Charles Conley (Shelly) of Rush Springs; his son-in-law Robert King of Holdenville; his grandchildren, Crystal Conley (Dusty) of Norman, Marcus Winsor of Marlow, Austin Winsor of Marlow, Ashly Nye (Josh) of Lindsay, Tyler Conley of Rush Springs, Amber Roberts (Kevin) of Allen and Aaron King (Jana) of Ada; his daughter Tammy King; and his grandson Matthew Winsor. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
