She is survived by: her husband Charles Hubbard Jr.; her daughter Michelle Ann Culbreath (Carmichael-Hubbard); her grandsons, Tyson and Tucker; her siblings, Hubert Carmichael (Lorene) of Enid, OK, Galen Carmichael (Angie) of Newcastle, OK, Daisy Toland of Cushing, OK and Rosella Manues (Edward) of Lexington, OK; and her sister-in-law Lynn Carmichael of Sapulpa, OK. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and extended family.
