He is survived by: his parents, Mary Louise Hamilton of Cushing and Steven Ralph Phelps Sr. Steven of Sand Springs; his children, Cameron Ralph Phelps, Lily Ann Phelps and Noah James Phelps; his sister Ruby Flatt (Christopher) of Cushing; his niece Taylor Pennington; his nephews, Kayden, Kenny and Christopher Flatt II; and his grandmothers, Delores Dailey of Hominy and Diane Touchstone of Cushing. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
