She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Broyles and Florence Broyles (Fillmore); her husband William Jack Crawford; her son-in-law Michael Levine; her sister Fern Urban; and her brothers-in-law, John Urban, Jerry Wyatt and Johnny Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Levine of Norman and Mike Crawford (Juanita) of Canadian, Oklahoma; and her sisters, Marie Wyatt and Betty Harper. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (930 S Little Ave, Cushing, OK 74023).
