He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Keith (Gene) and Betty Keith. He is survived by: his significant other Melisa Moore; his children, Andrew Hood of Shawnee, Whitney Hood of Shawnee and Savannah Evans of Shawnee; his siblings, Rick Keith (Vicki) of Hennepin, OK, Charles Keith (Diane) of Edmond, OK and Teresa Keith of Mission Hills, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Hailee Bland, Kelsey Perry (Marcus), Spencer Walsh, Matthew Keith, Connor Keith and Nicholas Keith.
In lieu of flowers, the family request all donations be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
