He was predeceased by: his parents, Donna McBride and Roy Clifford Crooks. He is survived by: his fiancée Vanessa Haywood; and his children, Aerial Carr of Wyoming, Phoenix and Phalcon of Oklahoma. He is also survived by family members and friends.
