We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 54, Rosia McKinney of Cushing, Oklahoma, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Walter Lee Shanklin Sr.; her siblings, Cassandra Shanklin and James Shanklin; and her siblings-in-law, Marland McKinney Jr., Keith McKinney Sr., Maxine Tucker, Nadine Henderson, Inetta Liggins and Eva McKinney.

She is survived by : her mother Virginia Lee Garrett; and her husband Martinez McKinney. She is also survived by her children, and her mother.
