She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Elijah Johnson and Mary Ellen Fowler Johnson; her husband Charles M. Lewis; and her children, Oscar Earl Boatman, Joe Boatman, Mike Lewis, Mary Jane Mitchell and David Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Jackson Lewis of Cushing, Patsy Williams (Allen) of Oklahoma City, Marjorie Wright of Wichita and Larry Don Lewis (Brenda) of Cushing; and her grandchildren, Charlie Lewis, Rebecca Braaten, Joann Mitchell and Christina Boatman. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
