It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Evelyn Silverwood of Cushing, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Hazel Cowden (Russell) and Jack Cowden; her husbands, Eugene Linley Haworth and David Clayton Silverwood; her grandson Kyle Robert Anthony; her great grandchild Jack Ray Tracy; and her siblings, Jack Wade Cowden, Billy Cowden, Calvin Cowden, Inez Cowden and Edith Cowden.
She is survived by : her children, Janet Sullivan (Don), Karen Trampush (Donn), Phyllis Tracy (Paul), John Haworth, Gene Haworth (Christi), Jeff Haworth and Linda Kilgore (Jesse); her grandchildren, Cherri LeeAnn Metlow, Laci Lyne Anthony, Taelor Jade Trampush, Christopher Eugene Tracy, Cody Ray Tracy, Shannon Sierra Haworth, Justin Lee Haworth, Casey Jean Seims, Colton Wade Haworth, Chelsea LeAnne Blackwell and Dylan Joseph Kilgore; and her siblings, Arlene Russell, Houston Cowden and Kenneth Cowden. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
