She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Brooks and Lorraine Brooks; her husband Jim; and her son Pete Goad. She is survived by: her former spouse Jimmie Lee Goad; her daughter Rhonda Kannady of Broken Arrow; her daughter-in-law Shelly Goad of Cushing; her grandchildren, Mikayla Frech (Matt) of Edmond, Dustin Goad (Paige) of Oklahoma City, Jana Smith of Broken Arrow and Derek Smith of Tulsa; and her sisters, Carolyn Bookout (Wendell) of Drumright, Joyce Jones (Tom) of Bartlesville and Jan Payne of Skiatook. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID, the family is having a private burial in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park Cemetery.
