He was predeceased by: his parent Dee Odle. He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Kenyon Odle; and his children, Allen Odle (Teresa) of Cushing, Sheila Leverich (Joe) of Cushing and Amelia Kerby (Raymond) of Hennessey. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
