With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora A. Toops (Cushing, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 16, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Toops and Lila Toops; and her siblings, Rebecca Winkler, Margaret Ragan, Doug and Ben Toops.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Bailey of Texas, Arthur Toops of Stillwater and Frank Toops of Argona, KS; her niece Becky Winkler of Cushing; and her nephews, Paul Winkler of Cushing and Roger. She is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.
