She was predeceased by: her parents, William Martin Derr and Dora Ellen Derr (Beale); her husband Harold Wayne Hinshaw; her son Harold Osborn; her daughter-in-law Glenna Osborn; her siblings, Jessie Mae Castleberry, Martha McClendon, Rosie Nell Benz, Raymond Derr, Jimmy Derr and Edward Derr; and her brothers-in-law, Dee Covey, Tom Castleberry, Raymond Ely, Cecil Sholten and John McClendon.
She is survived by: her son Gerald Osborn of Oilton; her stepsons, Kenneth Hinshaw and Roger Hinshaw of Drumright; and her sisters, Fern Dennis, Dora Covey, Alice Sholten, Anna Ely and Susan Moore. She is also survived by NUMEROUS Grandchildren – Great Grandchildren - & Great Great Grandchildren.
