He was predeceased by : his parents, Eula Blake and William "Bill" Blake; his former life partner Sunny Mays Blake; his wife Neta Williams Blake; his daughter Sissy Blake Maddux; his brother Bill Blake; his nephew Mark Blake; and his granddaughter Maddy Maddux.
He is survived by : his son Harrison Blake (Cathy); his nephew Mike Blake; his great-nephews, Justin (Cindy) and Jay Williams; his great-niece Jana; his grandchildren, Lacy, Will Blake, Molly, Blake and Macy Maddux; and his great grandchildren, Braylon Turner, Anna-Claire Maddux, Paisley and Phoenix Nelson.
