He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Becky Applegate (Dusty) of Cushing, Lisa Duke (Alvin) of Stillwater and Brett Wright (Sara) of Cushing; his grandchildren, Kristin Tarp (David), Kirby Applegate (Rebecca), Kaci Clour (Eric), Jake Duke (Rachel), Jessi Shouse (Clark), Paige Field (Blake), Koln Wright (Elizabeth) and Abbi Wright; his sisters, Maxine Helton and Linda Mulder; and his pets, Beau and Morris. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
