He is survived by: his wife Ilah; his son Donnie Lee Hicks (Diana) of Ripley; his brother Harold Gaither (Linda) of Cushing; and his grandchildren, Steven Ray Hicks, Lisa Hicks, Angela Dawn Hicks, William Oliver Hicks (Amber), Suzanne Hicks, Allison Hicks, Candace Hicks and Michael Scott Hicks. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
