He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Cook and Rancilena Cook (Dickerson); his wife Wanda Cook (Wheeler); his grandsons, Cody Cook and Gavin Ponder; and his siblings, Jane Leakley, Carl Cook and Charles Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Don, Steffanie Cook, Steve, Misty Cook, Michaele Mills, Cristina, Danny Wheeler, Robert, Lanetta Fisher, Gene and Nicole Kitsmiller; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Amanda, Matthew, Seth, Lanie, Aubrey, Jessica, Tiffani, Hilary, Anbdi, Alee, Naregan, Iris and Veda; his great grandchildren, Emmett, Rylan, Wyatt, Sutton, Layn, Ryder and Kymber; his sisters, Phyllis Henderson of Tulsa and Joyce George of Midwest City; and his brother-in-law Tommy Leakley.
