He is survived by: his parents, Roger Courtright (Suzanne) of Cushing and Danea Onstott Courtright (Gary Shelton); his wife Traci Cook; his grandmothers, Ramona Onstott and Sharrell Ray of Cushing; his son Brody Courtright (Kyle); his stepdaughters, Luxie and Jayci Morris; his siblings, Ryan Courtright of Cushing, Crystal Campo (Freddy) of Cushing, Candice Dooley (Brad) of Bartlesville, Cayla Helms and Cody of Van Buren, Arkansas; his aunts and uncles, Kurt Onstott (Karen), Gary Courtright (Bonnie), Connie Wittkopp (Dale), Brian Courtright, Amanda Courtright and Bill Courtright (Jennifer); his cousin Josh (Paloma Onstott); his daughter Clementine; and his nephews, Blaine Courtright and Braxton Courtright. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
