It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Scott Caldwell Sr. (Cushing, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 17, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dan Caldwell Sr.; and his father-in-law Floyd Crawford of Sapulpa. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Caldwell of Sapulpa; his friend Bill Smale; his wife Laura Caldwell of Sapulpa; his daughters, Michelle, Karen (Phil Diehl) and Beki Caldwell; his stepson Todd (Susan Rogers) of Tulsa; and his siblings, Dannie (Patti Caldwell), Tray (Angela Caldwell) and Wendy (Gary Vanarsdel). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
