He is survived by: his wife Sue Kelley; his son Jeffrey Clayton Kelley of Ponca City; and his siblings, Dayle Londa May, Latita Kay of California and Wayne Reynolds of Mountain View, Wyoming. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
