She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Shoemaker and Doris Shoemaker; her former husband Michael Blake; and her brother Michael Shoemaker. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Reed; her daughters, Alisa Turner (Brad) of Cushing and Amber Vanderslice (Jarrod) of Waynesboro, Mississippi; her brother Keith Shoemaker (Diana) of Sapulpa; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ashley Turner, Jaylie, Jace and Johanna Vanderslice.
