He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Spire and Margaret Spire (Johnson); and his children, Christy Spire-Neal and John L Spire, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Emma Lou Perkins; his son Doug Spire (Becky) of Cushing; his grandsons, Isaac Spire of Cushing and Abel Spire (TeeKayy) of Cushing; and his great grandchildren, Kirk, Ida, Sabel and Sawyer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations be made to Yale Fellowship Baptist Church Building Fund or a charity of your choice.
