He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Herring and Sherry Cagle; his children, Joy Dawn Cagle, April Cagle Nack and Mathew Cagle; his wife Candace; his children, Justin Rossiter of Agra, OK and Jeremy Rossiter of Cushing, OK; his brothers, Evert Rossiter (Jean) of Cushing, OK, Glenn Rossiter (Melda) of Agra, OK and Billy Rossiter (Lounette) of Agra, OK; his grandchildren, Tyler Rossiter, Paige Rossiter, Autumn Rossiter, Sabrina Rossiter, Miranda Rossiter, Elizabeth Rossiter and Jonathan Rossiter; and his great grandchild Lucas Rossiter. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
