He is survived by: his sister Sherry Cagle; his children, Joy Dawn Cagle, April Cagle Nack and Mathew Cagle; his wife Candace; his children, Justin Rossiter of Agra, OK and Jeremy Rossiter of Cushing, OK; his brothers, Allen (Floye) of Cushing, OK, Evert (Jean Rossiter) of Cushing, OK, Glenn (Melda Rossiter) of Agra, OK and Billy (Lounette Rossiter) of Agra, OK; his grandchildren, Tyler Rossiter, Paige Rossiter, Autumn Rossiter, Sabrina Rossiter, Miranda Rossiter, Elizabeth Rossiter and Jonathan Rossiter; and his great grandchild Lucas Rossiter. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
