He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Ramsey and Cecile Ramsey (Huff); his wife Phyllis Wright; and his half-sisters, Nellie and Sue.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Ramsey Jr. (Mona) of Round Mountain and Tommy Ramsey of Drumright; his grandchildren, Elijah Ramsey, Ethan Ramsey and Chandler Ramsey; and his sister Kay Smith (Joe) of Cushing, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
