He is survived by: his children, Ginger Higgins, Rodney (Tanya Cobb), Eric Cobb and Tyler Cobb; and his grandchildren, Mitchell (Laura Higgins), Preston, Hannah, Bradley Higgins, Jake Cobb, Kayden (Logan Holman), Carson and Blake Cobb. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and many extended family, friends.
