Pruitt and Violet Pruitt (Rodgers); his former life partner Kay Huffman; his sons, Jerry and Jason; his grandson Braden Greenfield; his great grandchildren, Jireh Ude and Jeannine Ude; and his siblings, Doyle Pruitt, Wanda Hamm, Violet Fern Carmichael, Bonnie Pierce Giblet, Naomi Farrow, Jimmy Pruitt, Charles Pruitt, Marie Henderson, Lester Pruitt, Corene Barrett and Johnny Pruitt.

He is survived by : his children, Jeff (Sholie Pruitt) of Agra, OK, Lori (Brandon Greenfield) of Agra, OK, Felicia (Josh Jonckowski) of Broken Arrow, OK, Triston Dowe, Zack Benjamin and Brody Mack; his wife Wendy Smothers; his grandchildren, Ryan (Brandy Pruitt), Kolbey (DaLecia Pruitt), Caulden (Shelby Greenfield), Cade (Skyler Greenfield), Taylor Ude, Madilyn (Madison Watkins) and Chloe Sloate; his great grandchildren, Berkeley, Finnley, Marlow, Esme, Channing, Mikey, Granger, Jaxii, Judah and Emery; and his brother Phillip Sr. (Peggy Pruitt) of Drumright, OK. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
