She is survived by: her husband Jack Cook; her children, Allen Cook (Jennifer), Aaron Cook (Desirae), Amy, Brian and Nicole; her siblings, Mike Lambert and Coweta Dillishaw; and her grandchildren, Garrett, Caleb, Olivia, Mykenzie, Braely, Xander, Weston, Kendal, Natalie and Dakota.
