He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Lillie Mae Manuel (Cannon); his son John Stephen Manuel; and his siblings, Virginia Fade, Eugene Manuel, O'Neal Manuel, Junior Lee Manuel and Leoma Manuel.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Sullivan; his son David Manuel (Pam) of Cushing; his grandchildren, Cody (Sarah Manuel) and Casey Manuel (Maddie Gregory); and his great grandchildren, Kinley Manuel, Mila Manuel, Sawyer Manuel and Lainey Manuel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Matherly-Davis Funeral Home (402 E Broadway St, Cushing, OK 74023). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairlawn Cemetery (3700 N Little Ave, Cushing, OK 74023).
