He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kelly and Naomi Kelly (Cooper). He is survived by: his children, Brooke, Phillip Kelly (Narcissus) of Cushing, Blaine Kelly (Cheryl) of Cushing, William Kelly (Teresa) of Mannford, Stacy Starns (Sonja) of Oklahoma City, Kim Mills of Cushing and Brook Kelly of Florida; his sisters, Pat Williams (Fred) and Vickie Wenger; and his aunt Alice McClary (Wayne). He is also survived by nine grandkids, and 18 great grandkids.
