He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhart Oestmann and Genevieve Oestmann (Gerfen); and his son John Oestmann (Angela Oestmann Barber) of Lindsborg, KS. He is survived by: his wife Karen Howard; his children, Bryon Oestmann (Patricia) of Cushing, OK, Stephen Oestmann (Wendie) of Coal Valley, IL, Aaron Oestmann (Jessica) of Gig Harbor, WA and Jessica Bellew (Thomas) of Mustang, OK; and his sisters, Kathy Wolff (Larry) of Cushing, OK and Mary Edwards (Tom) of Rantoul, IL. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
