With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Alan Slade (Cushing, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Adele Slade and Mary Lou Slade (Adams); and his brother-in-law Irling Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jalene; his sisters, Kathryn Smith of Lampasas, TX and Margaret Slade of Sands Springs, OK.; his sister-in-law Kathy Gosnell (Hurshell, Jr.); his nieces, Apryl Harden (Wes) and Megan Gosnell (Kimberly Frye); his great-niece Hannah Harden; and his great-nephews, Dylan Harden, Dexter Layne and Jackson Layne.
