He was predeceased by : his parents, John Chipukites and Reta Chipukites Pigman; and his stepmother Jerry Chipukites. He is survived by : his wife Nancy; his daughter Jennifer (Ken Koblan) of Massachusetts; his stepchildren, Brenda McDearmon (Mike) and Carl Henry (Gina) of Texas; his siblings, Connie Lewis (Ed) of Ohio, Anna Zuba (Tim) of Michigan, Cathy Hall of Florida, Jackie Lipari (Sal) of Michigan, John Chipukites (Carol) of California and Mark Pigman (Ruth) of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Chase, Rachel Benson, Kelsey McDearmon Ward, Aly McDearmon O'Neal, Keagon McDearmon, Landon Henry, Logan Henry and Laina Henry Schlett. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and dear friends.
